Place warm spoons between the eyebrows and press six times. Then lift the spoons along the forehead surface. The same movement should be performed using cold spoons. The number of repetitions is three.
Straighten nasolabial wrinkles
Nazolabial wrinkles add an extra 10 years to the look, and the facial expression itself becomes somehow sad. Will we get rid of it?
Open your mouth by saying the letter "O". Apply anti-wrinkle cream on a warm spoon. Now, starting with the wings of the nose, perform the instruments in a circular motion towards the corners of the mouth. The number of repetitions is three.
A massage with a spoon, even performed at home, significantly improves the condition of the facial skin, eliminates many lines of expression.
Loose skin shows an obvious lack of natural collagen and elastin. That’s why you can use home-lifting masks when you’re thirty. In adulthood, they should become an indispensable part of facial care.
At the very beginning of the mask, it is recommended to apply it twice a week for two months. Then once a week is enough.
The most popular treatment is egg white masks. They "work" quickly and efficiently: the result is visible after the first application.
- Add a little lemon juice (just a couple or three drops) to the beaten egg white. Apply the mixture in layers: when the first is dry, apply the second, and so on. After 20 minutes, the composition should be removed.
- After whisking, mix the protein with a little carrot puree. Apply for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
- Whisk the egg whites and mix with the mashed fresh strawberries or raspberries (these are recommended for mature skin). Hold the mask for 15 minutes. Due to the acids in the fruit pulp, the skin will become smooth and supple again.
- Grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder and mix with the whipped egg whites. Apply facial care for about fifteen minutes. Gently massage while washing the product. The flour particles will act as a peel.
Excellent results are obtained using procedures that contain yeast in the recipe.
- Fresh baking yeast must be diluted with water to a creamy consistency. Hold the mask for twenty minutes.
- Dilute the yeast with water to obtain a thick mixture such as homemade sour cream. Then add a tablespoon of aloe juice and mix well. Apply the mask on the face and leave for 15 minutes.
